Dunfermline (Halbeath) Campus
There are 3 mandatory units:
Managing responsible selling; Understanding and developing customer accounts; Understanding the integrated functions of sales and marketing.
A minimum of 4 further optional units are required to achieve the Level 5 Diploma.
All units will be internally assessed by the Centre and externally verified by the ISM.
To achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Sales and Account Management, 44 credits are required.
