Content

This NPA (National Progression Award) will provide you with theoretical knowledge about the modern office environment, and also allow you to have hands on experience of key pieces of office equipment. You will develop communication skills with internal and external customers and improve skills in locating, retrieving and presenting required information. The NPA may provide you with the confidence and skills for employment in a junior administrative position. Alternatively, you should be able to progress in education.
