An integral part of this programme is the design, creation and operation of our pop-up shop (Tempus) within Dundee city centre. Students gain invaluable business and work experience by creating the store design, selecting, buying and re-ordering products and creating and implementing a marketing plan. Subjects including visual merchandising, digital marketing and business planning. Students will develop the skills and qualities required to start their own business, or work in the Retail or Marketing industries

Subjects studied include: Developing a Business Idea, Retail Security, Visual Merchandising, Business Skills and Behaviour, Finance and E-Business, Customer Care, Marketing and Store Design.

Entry Requirements

4 relevant subjects at National 5; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5

Progression Routes

Further study at HNC level including Retail, Events, Marketing Communications, Accounts and Business. May also lead to employment or apprenticeships in these areas
