This programme aims to give you exciting and interesting practical experience in our own kitchens and through our partnerships with external organisations.

Content:
Hospitality industry; Hospitality supervision; Hospitality financial and control systems; Food hygiene intermediate; Food and beverage service; Hospitality graded unit 1.

Optional units may include:
Licensed Premises Operations; Work Experience; Events Industry an Introduction; Personal Development Planning; Information Technology Applications Software; Creating a Culture of Customer Care; Alcoholic Beverages; Food Production Processes; Conferences: An Introduction; Hospitality Front Office Procedures 1; Accommodation Servicing; Management of Human Resource Management for the Hospitality Industry 1.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher, or Foundation Apprenticeship Business Skills, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Students will be required to attend for interview.
