Builds on practical skills gained while achieving the SVQ at SCQF Level 5, with the emphasis on food production and presentation. You may attend the college in Thurso, or the unique Burghfield House Training Hotel in Dornoch, on a day release basis, to gain the theory part of this qualification.

Entry Requirements

SVQ Professional Cookery at SCQF Level 5 plus relevant work experience in a professional kitchen. Or extensive relevant work experience in a professional kitchen.
