This course provides a more advanced scope of the hospitality industry, the career paths and job roles within it, and the employability skills that underpin them.
Students will study a variety of units including Customer Care Excellence in Hospitality, Kitchen Operations and Hospitality Costing.
NC Hospitality (Level 5), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview.
Relevant HNC course or employment in the industry.
