Mandatory Optional Units:
Develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility; Assess quality assurance schemes against agreed criteria; Co-ordinate and support the revision of policies, procedures and practice for registration and inspection; Provide leadership in your area of responsibility.
The optional units range from Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility to Provide learning opportunities for colleagues.
You must be in employment and working at Practitioner level within the Children and Young People sector for a minimum of 6 months. Interview.
