The Healthcare route provides students with a firm understanding of the expectations and values involved in care roles but has a slight bias towards subjects that lead towards nursing.
You will be introduced to a variety of care professions across statutory, voluntary and private settings, and will enable you to better understand the complexities of delivering effective care to a variety of service users.
2 subjects at National 5 preferably including English; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4.
You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.
