This course is ideal for those seeking the theoretical knowledge in advertising and public relations, as well as the digital marketing skills to prepare for a career in Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing roles – and for those wishing to continue their education in these fields at university.

This course will thoroughly prepare you for a career in digital or traditional marketing, advertising, public relations or the media. The course combines a mix of theory and practical skills, which will help you prepare well for working in a fast-paced industry, as well as giving you a taste of what life in the workplace will be like. From developing your own advertising campaign, putting together a social media campaign, to participating in a press conference, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all aspects of industry.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers, preferably including English; or relevant course at SCQF Level 6. All applicants should show an interest in and aptitude for the subject.
