This course provides an introduction to computing and IT. It will equip you with the basic skills necessary to progress onto further study in Computing, IT or another subject.

The course is designed to ensure you have the correct level of digital skills to equip you for moving on. Successful students will gain a certificate from the British Computer Society in Digital Employability.

Software development; Web development; Introduction to networking; Computer hardware; Digital imaging; Computing fundamentals; Web design and web development; Digital employability; Working as a team; BCS qualification (British Computer Society)

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 4. Interview.
