All learners will receive as part of the NQ, the SQA’s National Progression Award in Medical Receptionist. Learners will have the opportunity to sit the National 5 Administration and IT external assessment.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 including English and preferably Administration and IT or Business. Relevant NQ/NC in Business or Administration and IT at SCQF Level 4 (including Communications). Interview.
