Content

The CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice will develop key knowledge and understanding of the elements required within the human resource function.

The subjects studied include: Developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner; Understanding organisations and the role of HR; Recording, analysing and using HR information; Undertaking a learning needs analysis; Resourcing talent; Supporting good practice in managing employment relations; Contributing to the process of job analysis.

Entry Requirements

Guidance interview. It is a condition of the course that you join the CIPD, which involves a one-off administration and subscription fee.

Progression Routes

Successful completion of the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice will allow progression onto the CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management and then on to the Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development.
