This course is intended for anyone with a passion for Business and provides a broad understanding of business disciplines and is delivered by staff with essential industry experience. HNC Business allows students to develop the skills required for a wide range of business posts and you will study marketing, accounts, economics, management and IT.

Units covered:
Managing People and Organisations; Marketing: An Introduction; Economic Issues: An Introduction; Accounting for Business: An Introduction; Business Fundamentals with Emerging Technologies; Communication: Business Communication.

Entry Requirements

1 relevant Higher (such as English, Accounting, Business Management or Economics) plus English at National 5 (if not held at Higher); or NQ Pathways to HN Administration and Business (Level 6); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6.
