This course gives you an excellent introduction to the travel and tourism industry. This is an interactive and practical course designed to enhance your knowledge of tourist destinations and the different roles you could work in. Develop your excellent customer service skills as you discover dynamic employability skills and enhance your career prospects. This course ensures you are well prepared for further studies in this area which could lead to an exciting career in this growing sector. There will be an opportunity to take part in a study abroad unit and past locations have included Berlin and Belfast. Edinburgh College has state-of-the-art facilities and you will use aircraft simulation programmes in order to gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will attend guest lectures from the best in the travel business and learn about the abundance of job opportunities available in this growing sector.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5 plus 5 at National 4 including English and Maths. Entry subject to interview.
