This intensive training course aims to solidify your technical skills as well as build upon your existing skills in choreography and creative studies. You will find yourself immersed in traditional and new techniques from Cunningham, Release and current trend in contemporary techniques, to contact improvisations, performance and more.

There are a variety of other subjects that will aid and diversify your learning from ballet, movement science, body conditioning and choreographic skills, there is also the opportunity to take part in a small scale tour as part of a partnership with NHS Scotland that will visit every secondary school in Dundee. This will provide opportunities for you to develop your creativity, performance and teaching skills as you take part and help facilitate workshops with young people.

Entry Requirements

Higher Dance, or NC Contemporary Dance Performance, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Entry is by audition and interview.
