This course provides an excellent introduction to the hospitality industry.

Students will undertake a range of practical and theoretical units including: Food and Drink Operations, Hospitality Events, Cost Control, Food Hygiene, Customer Care, Hospitality Industry, Leading a Hospitality Team, Hospitality Reception Skills, Alcoholic Beverages, Barista Skills, Work Placement and Event Organisation.
