This course consists of 2 mandatory units - Communicate using customer service language and Follow the rules to deliver customer service. 5 optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of customer service job roles.
No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Candidates will be employed in a suitable post with access to duties in relation to customer service.
