The HNC in Food Science and Technology is designed to enhance your knowledge and prepare you for employment in a scientific or technical capacity in the food and drink industry. It will provide you with the technical and scientific skills required by the food and drink industry and give you relevant background knowledge and understanding to help you make the best use of these skills in a commercial environment.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher preferably Biology or Chemistry plus 3 relevant subjects at National 5. Appropriate NC units at SCQF Level 5/6 such as NQ Food Science and Technology. Interview.
