The HNC Engineering Systems award aims to develop your abilities to apply analysis and synthesis skills to the solution of engineering problems and provides an award that creates a route towards further study or employment.

You will also be provided with opportunities to develop knowledge, understanding and skills in an engineering systems approach to the study of Engineering and achieve a degree of specialisation within the systems field.

Entry Requirements

Higher Chemistry, Physics or a technological subject at C plus Maths at B; or NC Engineering Systems; NC Electrical and Electronic Engineering; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6 (incorporating Maths: Tech 1 and 2).
