Hospitality industry, Hospitality supervision, Hospitality financial and control systems, Food hygiene intermediate, Food and beverage service, Hospitality graded unit 1

Option units may include:
Food production processes, Accommodation servicing, Front office procedures

Entry Requirements

1 Higher, or Foundation Apprenticeship Business Skills, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Students will be required to attend for interview.
