This course is for those wanting to develop skills, knowledge and experience for work in the construction industry in areas such as quantity surveying or as an architectural technician, and provides the grounding for technician-level posts and more advanced study.

The course is mostly theory and also includes site visits and work placements to companies such Morrison Construction, Creagh Concrete and Bellway Homes, for you to gain direct experience of the construction industry.

Entry Requirements

English, Maths and a science or technological subject at National 5, or a relevant NC, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview. Aptitude test.
