This course is suited to those working in a commercial kitchen or those with previous experience and is an excellent way to gain SQA culinary credits quickly.
This course will allow students to complete approximately 5 units in year 1 and will continue into year 2 to complete this full award. The units include cookery processes, meal production design and food hygiene.
