This course will help you achieve a high level of skills in horticulture (gardening), as well as both soft and hard landscaping. Throughout the year, you’ll be based mainly at our facilities in the Dean Estate, so you’ll experience the changing seasons, as well as all the health and wellbeing benefits involved in working outside with nature.

Entry Requirements

3 relevant subjects National 4; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Entry subject to interview.

Progression Routes

Progression on to a wide range of relevant courses at SCQF Level 6, such as Tree Surgery (NPTC), an HNC source at Scotland's Rural College or employment/Modern Apprenticeship.
