This two-year course allows you to study Computer Aided Design (CAD) to SCQF level 8. With an exit-option for HNC at level 7 after your first year.

During your studies you will learn about various CAD software packages, design and manufacturing as well as wider related technologies such as 3D printing, 3D scanning, VR / Immersive systems using real-time visualisation.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher in a relevant subject or Foundation Apprenticeship Engineering; or a relevant NC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Civil Engineering. Interview.

A wide range of posts at Technician level. Further study at Degree Level.
