The MSc Advanced Biomedical Science is taught by members of the School of Science at the University of the West of Scotland and is an innovative programme designed to provide advanced training in the biomedical sciences. The focus of the programme is the application of research technologies to the biomedical sciences with an emphasis on ensuring that students develop advanced knowledge and skills which can be applied in research, pharmaceutical sciences and NHS laboratories.

You can exit after 9 months with a PgDip Advanced Biomedical Science

Entry Requirements

You must have gained a second class BSc in Biomedical Science, Bioscience or a related science degree. Applicants may also be considered with other academic, vocational or professional qualifications deemed to be equivalent.
