You will develop your ability to analyse, assess and synthesise solutions to problems and gain an understanding of the business drivers and constraints that influence these solutions. Your communication skills will also be developed, giving you the confidence you need to interact with clients and fellow industry professionals.
Modules include:
Building Economics; Law and Administration: Property and Construction; Property Asset Management; Property Investment Analysis; Real Estate Evaluation; Sustainable Urban Property Development; Dissertation.
An Honours degree at 2:2 or above or another qualification at equivalent level in any subject for entry into this course. Alternative qualifications with appropriate experience may be considered.
