Glenrothes (Stenton) Campus
This is a mainly theory-based course which includes important knowledge and skills for successful employment. These are studied in the context of both practical and theoretical classes, including the following:
Construction measurement; Construction contracts; Estimating; Construction contracts; Quality in construction; Building services; Construction technology; Computer aided design (CAD); Construction materials; Building science; Maths.
1 Higher in a science or technological subject plus 3 subjects at National 5 including Maths; or Foundation Apprenticeship: Civil Engineering; or NC Built Environment (with additional Maths for Construction Technicians unit); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview and portfolio.
