Quantitative Building Studies: Substructure & Drainage (measured as per the standard method of measurement - NRM2); Quantitative Building Studies: Floors, Roofs & Concrete (measured as per the standard method of measurement - NRM2); Estimating; Construction Technology - Substructure; Construction Technology - Domestic Construction; Construction Contracts: Conditions and Procedures; Quantity Surveying Practice; CAD: 2D I; Building Services on Large Buildings; Construction Materials and Specification; Building Measurement & Cost Studies; Economics for the Built Environment; Financial Studies; Quality in the Construction Industry; Modern Methods of Construction; Building Science; Sketching and Drawing; Construction Site Surveying.
1 relevant Higher plus 3 subjects at National 5 including Maths, or Foundation Apprenticeship Civil Engineering, or NC Built Environment, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview and portfolio.
