Job Description

Our Engineering apprenticeship lasts up to four years and is offered at our manufacturing sites. In the first year, you’ll spend most of your time at college, studying theory elements of the apprenticeship and gaining some practical workshop experience. In subsequent years, you’ll continue one day a week at college while learning new skills in engineering teams across the site. Your rotations may include time in manufacturing, packaging, utilities and/or automation – depending on where you are based.

Entry Requirements

Advanced Apprenticeship - 5 subjects at National 5 including Maths at B and English and a science subject.

Higher Apprenticeship - Higher Maths and Physics plus 5 subjects at National 5 including Maths at B and English and a science subject.


Our multi-skilled engineering apprenticeship offers you the chance to study towards nationally recognised qualifications while gaining valuable, paid work experience. Depending on your entry qualifications, you will study towards an advanced or higher apprenticeship standard.
