Job Description

This qualification will give you formal recognition of your performance in the workplace and assesses the knowledge and understanding of the key areas of customer service.  A competency based programme, it has been designed to reflect the most up to date theory on customer service.

Entry Requirements

You must have or expect to gain National 4 (or equivalent) in English, Maths and a business subject.

It is essential that you are literate, numerate, reliable and keen to learn.


Apprentices will cover all aspects of Customer Service from maintaining the administration systems to updating the computerised and manual filing systems.
